Alexander has written over sixty pieces for large orchestra, string quartet, and small ensemble, and has made six films. Upon graduating from high school, Alexander went to work for renowned composer Philip Glass in New York City. In New York, he was a music assistent to Glass and his musical director, Michael Riesman. He worked on two films while he was there, including Taking Lives (3/19/04) and Undertow (8/04). Currently, Alexander is in Los Angeles studying composition.
