Introduction
In early 2008, Second City students hungered for an outlet where they could screen their filmed works. Lucking into the space at The Onyx, with its notorious Rocky Horror productions and gala film festival events, The SET hosted its first film festival on March 17th of this year. Coordinated by Philip Faiss, whose name luckily lends itself to such an event, it was met with success and a demand for more festivals to occur in the future.

Submitted materials can be of any genre and don't necessarily have to be comedic. Should appeal to general audiences, yet cutting-edge, racy or controversial subjects will be considered. Bear in mind that all submissions may not make it into the next festival line-up. If so, they may be included in a later festival. And if you believe your submission is questionable, you can submit an alternate project for inclusion which saves Phil the utter disgrace of having to tell you that he is frightened to present your epic "Smurfs Must Die". With that said, please, everyone, don't run out and make "Smurfs Must Die". Thank you.
